Derna Elton Obituary Derna Elton, age 85, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, June 16, 2024. She was born in Jersey City in 1939 to the late Paul and Derna Wehmann. Derna's love for her family was unparalleled. She cherished family gatherings, especially during the holidays. She dedicated her life to raising her children, grandchildren, and even some of her great-grandchildren. Her joy was also found in spending time working in flower gardens and the outdoors. Survivors: Derna's legacy lives on through her five children: Mike (Deb), Steven (Lisa), Derna (Steve), Cindy (Jeff), and Jen (Bryan). She leaves behind a beautiful tapestry of twelve grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren, each a testament to the love and care she bestowed upon them. Service: The family will hold a private life celebration at a later date. Arrangements were handled by the Cantelmi Long Funeral Home, Bethlehem.
