Charles L. "Chuck" O'Connell, 75, of Allentown, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on February 21, 2026.

Born on November 16, 1950, in Fort Meade, Maryland, he was the son of the late Frank O'Connell and the late Maxime Armstrong.

Chuck was a proud graduate of Lehighton Area High School, and later went on to attend Kutztown University. Chuck was also a member of Grace Episcopal Church in Allentown.

He is survived by his brother, Jimmy O'Connell of Venice Beach, California; his sister, Kathleen Flannery of Allentown; two nephews; and two great-nieces and great-nephews.

He was preceded in death by his brother, John O'Connell; his brother-in-law, James Flannery; and his niece, Mary Flannery.

Services : Services will be private and take place at the convenience of the family. Chuck's arrangements have been entrusted to Cantelmi Long Funeral Home, Bethlehem. A memory tribute may be placed at www.cantelmifuneralhome.com.
