Angela Maria Scudese, 87, passed away on Saturday, October 3, 2026. Born in Jersey City, NJ, on September 5, 1939, she was the daughter of the late Anthony Scudese and the late Lena (Ippolitto) Scudese. Jersey City was where her life began, and her family was the foundation of all that followed.

Angela was a member of the Golden Club at St. Aedan's Church, where she was part of a community that meant a great deal to her. Her membership in the Golden Club reflected the importance of her faith and of the fellowship she found among her fellow parishioners.

She loved playing bingo and enjoyed the time spent with friends at the game. Whether she was seated at her usual table or greeting those around her, bingo was one of the simple pleasures she looked forward to.

She will be remembered for her faith, her friendships, and the simple pleasures that filled her days. Those who knew Angela will carry with them the warmth of her company and the care she showed to the people in her life.

Angela was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her brother, Gabe Scudese, and his wife, Rosemarie; her nieces, Patricia, Susan, and Gabrielle; and her nephews, Dominic, Tyler, Vincent, and Chris.

Services : A funeral service will be held at 7 PM on Friday, October 9th, at Cantelmi Long Funeral Home, 500 Linden St. Bethlehem, PA 18018. Calling hours will begin at 5 PM and continue until the start of the service. Angela's arrangements have been entrusted to Cantelmi Long Funeral Home, Bethlehem.
