Sherry Wert Obituary

Sherry Wert, 51, of Bethlehem, passed away peacefully on Tuesday April 17, 2018 while in the care of St. Luke's Hospice House surrounded by her loving family. She was the loving companion of Lewis Ernst, Jr. for 14 loving years. Born in Bethlehem, she was the daughter of the late Guerney and Kathleen (Silvoy) Wert. Sherry attended Liberty High School. She worked for Saladworks and most recently for Sodexo at Manorcare. Sherry loved plants, gardening and going to the beach. She also enjoyed playing pool and watching Nascar.

Survivors: she will be lovingly remembered by her daughters Jaime Lynn Wert of Mertztown, Shauna Whitehurst of Kutztown, Brittney Wert of Bethlehem and Heather Wert of Bethlehem; brother Scott Wert of Bethlehem, and her 9 loving grandchildren.

Services: A Memorial service will be held at 2pm on Saturday, April 21, 2018 at the Cantelmi Funeral Home, 1311 Broadway, Fountain Hill, PA 18015 where the family will receive relatives and friends from 1 P.M. until time of service. A memory tribute may be placed at www.cantelmifuneralhome.com.
