October 22, 1931 ~ January 8, 2019 (age 87)
Marie M. Kaplan, 87, of Allentown, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, January 8, 2019 surrounded by her family. She was the daughter of the late Metro and Anna (Blahout) Kesack. She was the widow of the late Robert D. Kaplan, Sr. with whom she shared 61 years of marriage. Marie was a graduate of Liberty High School, class of 1949 where she was a member of the cheerleading squad. Marie worked for Westminster Village until retiring in 1998, when she became a fulltime Nana and Great Nana. No longer able to make the long drive to FBC - Marie quickly got involved at Faith Church in Allentown where she was active in the seniors bible study and Sunday school programs.
