Joseph DeAngelis Obituary
Joseph J. "Jody" DeAngelis, 62, passed away on Wednesday July 4, 2018 peacefully in his residence. Born in Fountain Hill, he was the son of the late William and Marie (Horvath) DeAngelis. Jody was a graduate of Bethlehem Catholic High School, class of 1974. He also attended Northampton Community College. Jody worked for Nestle for 15 years. Most recently he worked for Ice River Springs as a forklift operator. He was a member of the Bocce Club in Allentown. He was an avid bowler and a bowling mechanic. He also enjoyed golfing, NASCAR and country music.
SURVIVORS: He will be lovingly remembered by his sons Justin DeAngelis and his wife Casey of Philadelphia, Jonathan DeAngelis and his wife Hannah of Collegeville, and Joey DeAngelis of Los Angeles; brothers Brian DeAngelis and his wife Cathy of Fountain Hill, William DeAngelis of Pahrump, NV, Jeffrey DeAngelis of Bethlehem; sister Lisa Hummell of Bethlehem Twp.; many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
SERVICES: A memorial service will be held at 11 A.M., on Tuesday July 10, 2018 at the Cantelmi Long Funeral Home, 500 Linden Street, Bethlehem, where the family will receive relatives and friends from 9:30 A.M. until the time of the service.
