Jeanne Vogler Obituary Audre Vogler taught us all how to live and how to die '" with love, dignity, humor, presence and intentionality. On the cusp of her birthday, Audre took her last breaths peacefully, surrounded and upheld by love. She was an amazing woman '" a unique life-spirit which shone through to her many friends, and especially to us, her three children, Philip, Carol and Bill Vogler, to her grandchildren Richard, Jamie, Gregory and Nathan, of whom she was so proud, and her daughters- in-law Amy Vogler, Pat Vogler and Alice Sears. Jeanne Audre Barthold Vogler was born on August 23, 1926, to (Judge) William G. Barthold and Francis C. (Werkeiser). She had one sister, Nancy (John) Seifert of Point Pleasant NJ. Mom was a graduate of Willam & Mary College and maintained a life-long connection to her Kappa Kappa Gamma friends and the school. She had intended to be the first woman Supreme Court justice but instead found her love and created a fulfilling life with no regrets back home in Bethlehem with Dr. W.E.Vogler Jr., 'her Bill'
