Thomas Fiorini Obituary

Thomas Alfred Fiorini, 77, of Hanover Township, passed away peacefully on January 6th after a long courageous battle with lung cancer. He was the husband of Marie Teresa (Kamowski) Fiorini, with whom he shared over 54 years of marriage and parented 10 children. Born in Wilkes Barre, PA, he was the son of the late Alfred F. and Josephine C. (Lucci) Fiorini. Tom was a graduate of King’s College in Wilkes Barre where he earned his BS in Business. He served his country honorably as an E5 Combat Engineer in the US Army during the Vietnam War. He founded, owned, and operated Westgate Global Logistics for over 40 years. His son, Mark, is President of the company and will see it into the future.

He was a faithful parishioner of Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish, Bath. Tom was proud to be Pro Life. He also belonged to the Transportation Intermediate Association, L.V. Workforce Board, the Traffic Club of the L.V., and the Greater L.V. Chamber of Commerce.

He loved baseball and was an avid Philadelphia Phillies and Iron Pigs fan. He was a hard worker in both his professional and personal life. He enjoyed fixing things and updated his entire home. Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his large and ever-expanding family at the family’s house on Babcock Lake in upstate NY.
