Jeffrey A. Hegedus

Jeffrey A. Hegedus, 58, of Easton, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 9, 2019 surrounded by his loving family. Born in Bethlehem, he was the son of the late John and Pricilla J. (Hassay) Hegedus. Jeff was a graduate of Liberty High School. He worked for Tague Lumber, Philadelphia, for most of his life. Jeff was a member of the Teamsters Union and St. John’s Lutheran Church, Bethlehem. He was an avid golfer, New York Mets and Buffalo Bills fan. Jeff loved to grill and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. 
 

Survivors: He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Carol Hegedus of Easton; sons Jeffrey A. Hegedus, Jr. and his wife Victoria and John Hegedus, both of Easton; daughters Melissa Shade and her husband Derrick of Bethlehem and Charlene Colon of Easton; brothers John and Michael Hegedus of Myrtle Beach, SC and his loving grandchildren Zyanna, Nicolas, Tahnaya, Derrick, Leilah, Madison and Justice. 
 

Services: A Celebration of the Life of Jeffrey Hegedus will be held at 7 P.M. on Tuesday, October 15, 2019 at the Cantelmi Long Funeral Home, 500 Linden Street, Bethlehem, PA 18018 where the family will receive relatives and friends from 5 P.M. until time of the service.
