Nancy J. (Apgar) Klotz, 83, of Palmerton and formerly of East Allen Twp., passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 30, 2022 surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Henry L. Klotz. Born in Bethlehem, she was the daughter of the late William and Gertrude (Badel) Apgar. Nancy worked for Boise Cascade Envelope Manufacturing for most of her life until retiring. She also worked for Moore Dry Cleaning, Northampton. She was a member of St. John’s UCC, Northampton. Nancy enjoyed traveling and doing her puzzles. Above all, spending time with her family meant the most to her.
Survivors: She will be lovingly remembered by her daughters, Nancy J. Kahler and her husband Robert of Allentown, Marguerite L. Blevins and her husband, Kevin of Palmerton; sons, Henry L. Klotz, Jr. and his wife Sachiko of Okinowa, Japan, Jason D. Klotz and his companion Terri of Nazareth; grandchildren Yuki, Seiko, Anna, Robert, Haley and Scarlett and 9 great grandchildren. Nancy was preceded in death by her siblings James Apgar, Gerald Apgar, Laura Connell, Mildred Speath, Marguerite Francisco and Elaine Miller.
Services: A Graveside Service will be held at 12:30 P.M. on Friday, January 6, 2023 at Cedar Hill Memorial Park, 1700 Airport Road, Allentown 18109. Nancy’s arrangements have been entrusted to the Cantelmi Long Funeral Home, Bethlehem. A memory tribute may be placed at www.cantelmifuneralhome.com.
