Rose Ann Blay, 78, of Bethlehem, passed away peacefully on Friday June 8, 2018, while in the care of the St. Luke's Hospice House.
Born in Bethlehem, she was the daughter of the late James and Jennie (Morganelli) Loughman. She was a graduate of Liberty High School. Rose Ann started her career as an escort at the Bethlehem Steel. Later, she worked as a secretary at Liberty High School for the BASD for 15 years. She was a member of Holy Infancy Catholic Church in Bethlehem.
SURVIVORS: She will be lovingly remembered by her nieces Patricia Nonnemacher and her husband Dan of Lancaster and Phyllis Thomas of Bethlehem; cousins Anita Muhlbauer of Bear Creek, Donna Swoyer of Bethlehem, and Suzanne Warner of Baldwin, MD; great-niece Jessica Mays of Allendale, NJ and great-nephews Danny Nonnemacher of Hollywood, MD and Billy Nonnemacher of Lancaster.
SERVICES: The family will receive relatives and friends on Thursday June 14, 2018 from 8:30 - 9:30 AM in the Cantelmi Funeral Home, 1311 Broadway Fountain Hill, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 A.M. in Holy Infancy Catholic Church, Bethlehem. Her burial will be at Holy Saviour Cemetery. A memory tribute may be placed at www.cantelmifuneralhome.com.
