John Perlzak Obituary
John R. Perlzak, age 66, of Belfast PA, passed away after a brief illness on Monday, July 3, 2017 at St. Luke's Hospital in Bethlehem.
Born in Union NJ, he was the son of the late Frank and Frances (Dickerson) Perlzak.
John was a member of the Belfast Edelman Sportsman Association. He loved fishing and spending time with his family and friends.
He is survived by his daughter; Monica Perlzak, brother; Frank Perlzak with wife Jeanette, sister; Patti Akesson with husband Bobby and four nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, John is preceded in death by his wife Cindy.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, 3219 Santee Rd, Bethlehem PA, 18020 on Monday, July 10, 2017 at 11am. Family and friends may call from 10am until the start of Mass. Interment to follow at Rosehill Cemetery in Linden NJ. A memory tribute may be made online at www.longfuneralhome.com. John's arrangements are entrusted to the Cantelmi Long Funeral Home.
