Mary A. (Daluisio) DelRe Savitz, 89, of Bethlehem, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, October 26, 2011, in the VNA Hospice House of St. Luke's in Lower Saucon Twp. She was the loving wife of Robert C. Savitz for 46 years. Born in Bethlehem, she was the daughter of the late Vincenzo and Concetta (Ricciutti) Daluisio. Mary was a member of the former Christ Lutheran Church Schoenersille. She worked for Modern Clothing in Allentown for 44 years, until retiring in 1984. Later, Mary and her husband owned and operated Marbo Farms at the Allentown fairgrounds farmers market for 20 years. She was a lifetime member of the American Wine Society. Mary loved cooking and sewing and spending time with her family. Survivors: in addition to her loving husband are daughters Mary Ann Andreoli Bickley and her husband Joseph of Hanover Twp., Pat Sabo and her husband Ray of Salisbury Twp.; loving goddaughter Georgann Votral; sister Rose Matla of Bethlehem; mother in law Pearl Savitz of Northampton; grandchildren Nick and his wife Tami, Joel and his wife Deborah, Jeff and Ken; 7 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her siblings Dominic, Florence, Nicholas, Charles, Jim and Eursilia. Services: 11am Monday October 31, 2011 at the Northeastern PA Synod, 2354 Grove Rd. Allentown, PA 18109, where the family will receive relatives and friends from 10-11am. Interment will be across the street at Schoenersville Cemetery. Memorials: in lieu of flowers, may be made in Mary's name to the VNA Hospice of St. Luke's 1510 Valley Center Pkwy. Suite 200 Bethlehem, PA 18017 and/or to the charity of your choice.
